Ultrasound technology

HistoScanning™ works in conjunction with specific commercially available ultrasound systems that are capable of acquiring and transferring native radio frequency (NRF) data.

Prostate HistoScanning™ is fully compatible with the HistoScanning™-Ready BK medical ProFocus UltraView 3D ultrasound machines using the BK Medical biplane and endfire 8818 transducer and the Medkonsult UA0513 rotational mover.

Novel applications are in development.

PACS/RIS connectivity

Both the BK Medical ProFocus UltraView scanner and the Prostate HistoScanning™ interface support DICOM and anonymized patient data transfer.
