Ultrasound machines

HistoScanning™ works in conjunction with specific commercially available ultrasound systems that are capable of acquiring and transferring volumetric RF (or native) data. Prostate HistoScanning™ can currently only be connected to the BK PROFOCUS Ultrasound machine.

Probes & movers

Prostate HistoScanning™ requires the HistoScanning™ (RF) option together with the 8818 and 8848 probes and their corresponding motorized manipulators. Additional information about the BK PROFOCUS ultrasound machine and the required probes are available at the BK Medical website.
