from the University of Minnesota. |

Mrs. Rina Nir has managed various research and development activities at leading
Israeli high tech firms. She was Senior Director of Projects and Accounts at TTI-Telecom
and a Team Leader at Tecnomatix. Mrs. Nir earned a M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer
Science from the Tel Aviv University, specializing in image processing.

Mr. Verhees brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investor
relations in international public companies. He has spent the last 7 years as CFO/CEO
in the automotive and consumer B2B industry with EPIQ and Fremach with reference
shareholder ELEX NV. Prior to that he was CFO in the apparel and non apparel industry
working with MEXX, McGregor and Kipling. |

Harry Bleiberg |

Dr. Harry Bleiberg is a medical oncologist. He was Head of the Gastro-Enterology
Unit, Co-Director of the Chemotherapy Unit and Director of the GI cancer Clinical
Research Program at the Institute Jules Bordet. Dr. Bleiberg now acts as a Medical
Consultant and supervisor of quality assurance of HistoScanning studies. |
