Jef van Dam

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jef van Dam obtained a PhD degree in pharmaceutical sciences and postgraduate degree in business administration from the Catholic University Leuven (KUL). Jef van Dam has 18 years experience in managing European and International businesses. Prior to joining AMD, he held general manager positions for EMEA with Accuray and its now whole owned subsidiary TomoTherapy, leaders in advanced radiosurgery and radiotherapy equipment. Before that he held different European and international commercial roles at GE Healthcare and Terumo.

Wolfgang Huber

Vice President Research and Development

Covering a period of 20 years in leading software development in Europe and the United States of America (USA), Mr. Huber has extensive experience in the development of computer aided diagnostic (CAD) products with strong focus on product design and implementation. He has both a Master’s degree and a post graduate diploma in Computer Science.

Vice President Sales and Business Development

Mr. George Kabassakalis has 30 years of distinguished career working with the worldwide leaders in the medical ultrasound imaging industry. George has served in a broad range of senior management positions and two chief executive roles with a career-long record of delivering strong market, financial, and operational results all over the world. At Advanced Medical Diagnostics, George is responsible for sales and business development with a focus on developing strategic relationships with potential global partners and for expanding the business operations within existing as well as into emerging markets.

Medical Advisor

Dr. Harry Bleiberg is a medical oncologist. He was Head of the Gastro-Enterology Unit, Co-Director of the Chemotherapy Unit and Director of the GI cancer Clinical Research Program at the Institute Jules Bordet, Belgium. Dr. Bleiberg now acts as a Medical Consultant and supervisor of quality assurance of HistoScanning™ studies.
