Dr. Jef van Dam obtained a PhD degree in pharmaceutical sciences and postgraduate degree in business administration from the Catholic University Leuven (KUL). Jef van Dam has 18 years experience in managing European and International businesses. Prior to joining AMD, he held general manager positions for EMEA with Accuray and its now whole owned subsidiary TomoTherapy, leaders in advanced radiosurgery and radiotherapy equipment. Before that he held different European and international commercial roles at GE Healthcare and Terumo.

Mr. Emmens has over 20 years of general management experience in the Transaction processing, Credit card and Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Industries. He currently holds directorships at 3WIN and Infomedics N.V., where he focuses on accounts receivable management, factoring and clearing for the Dutch health care system.
